  • Cutoff is Friday at 3:00 PM — this ensures we have time to source fresh ingredients.

2. Cook

  • We prepare all meals on Saturday, using high‑quality, locally sourced ingredients.
  • Meals are cooked fresh, packaged safely, and kept refrigerated until delivery.

3. Deliver

  • Your meals arrive on Sunday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
  • Delivered right to your doorstep in insulated packaging, ready to enjoy for the week ahead.
